1,000-MILE WALK/RUN CHALLENGE

Why on Earth would someone commit to joining a 1,000-mile challenge? Completing this challenge will simply improve your health. Before starting, consult with your medical provider. Once cleared, start and don't look back. Your motivation will become contagious, and you will be proud of yourself for being in the process.

There are a couple of ways to join this challenge; the annual 1,000-mile challenge or the monthly 85-mile. On the first of each month, a new monthly 85-mile monthly walk/run challenge and a new annual 1,000-mile walk/run challenge will start at midnight. If you walked or ran 85 miles for 12 months, you would have met your goal of 1,000 miles (1,020 miles, to be exact, we are overachievers). The monthly challenge ends on the last day of the month at midnight. Likewise, the annual challenge ends 12 months later at midnight.
